Insomnia and sleep disorder
Insomnia has many possible causes and several different solutions. Insomnia definitely brings unwanted consequences. The person is tired, nervous, limited in work and functional ability, etc.

b) Sometimes, for example, around 3 o'clock in the morning, the subconscious wakes us up, which can give us warnings, as well as solutions to problems that we have been thinking about during the day. In any case, after 'receiving the information' it is useful to go back to sleep so that we can rest. But very often in such cases sleep is not restored. I give my modified variant of solving disturbed sleep, but I do not give a guarantee of success.
We lie comfortably on our side and lightly touch the top of the head with the palm or fingers of the lower hand. With the upper hand, we comfortably touch some other naked body surface. We concentrate on both contacts at the same time and add the feeling of tongue contact with the area behind the upper front teeth. We feel relaxed all three physical contacts at the same time. The intention to sleep again is already included and we are attuned to rest and relaxation.
Now we just need to create a mental split in our semi-conscious thought stream. Ask yourself a 'koan' question (see Zen), for example: 'What will be my next thought'. As a rule, such questions are said to cause mental syncope. After the first mental split, the flow of thought will return, but it will be less intense.
We continue with similar questions - mentally within ourselves. 'How many words will be in my next thought?' 'Where will my next thought come from?' 'Who sends thoughts?' ' How long will it take for the next thought to occur?' If necessary, everyone prepares specific 'nonsense' questions for themselves, which will manage to cut through the torturous train of thought. This can be the cause of insomnia. The brain will go into a sleep wave and this will take us to sleep.
c) The military method of how to fall asleep quickly and reliably.

In summary, this is a combination of physical relaxation and directed mental attention to some pleasantly relaxing event or situation. Our psychomental and psychophysical state aligns with the inner imaginative perception. In this way, we calm the irritated neurological condition, which can be an important cause of insomnia in addition to many other causes.
Relax your entire face, including the muscles in your mouth.
Drop your shoulders to release tension and let your arms drop to your sides.
Exhale and relax your chest.
Relax your legs, thighs and sword.
Clear your mind for 10 seconds by imagining a relaxing scene.
If that doesn't work, try saying the words "don't think" over and over for 10 seconds.
Possible causes of neurological irritation causing insomnia
At this point, I would briefly shed light on the possible causes of neurological irritation that causes sleep disturbance. These can be certain repetitive all-day work tasks, such as updating documentation, in some sources they represent the result as 'fatigue depression'.
Perfectionist people, especially anankastic personalities, often outwardly express their inner persecution with set goals, tasks, work, systematicity, rules, flawlessness. This manifests as rushing back and forth throughout the day and an inability to release internal and external tensions.
The result in both of the described causes is oversaturation, irritation, exhaustion and insomnia. I can confirm from my experience that monotonous and frequent neurologically taxing work causes insomnia. After a few days of purposeful leisure, everything settled down.
Affected persons are ultimately ineffective due to chronic fatigue and insomnia, irritated, tense, dissatisfied, which accumulates throughout the day. The end result is: increasing irritation of the neurological system, resulting insomnia and a 'vicious' cycle of sleeplessness and neurological exhaustion.
In the two cases described, it is necessary to begin with, at least temporarily, completely abandoning activities that negatively abuse our nervous system in the described manner with the consequence of insomnia.
It is also necessary to avoid food, drink and intense physical & mental activity before going to bed. Evening meals, if any, should be light protein, e.g. fish, but not vegetables and sugar.
Worry as a cause of insomnia
Worry is also a very common reason for insomnia. I would briefly give some solutions according to the teachings of dr. Grabovoi.
