Yoga has really benefited me a lot physically. I feel toned and strong. I do not feel tired frequently. I have had the longest trouble with nasal congestion and sinuses issues. But with yoga and pranayama it is definetly getting better. My friends say I look healthy and radiant, which I know is because of my yoga classes. I also feel motivated and fresh throughout the day. Yoga has helped me sleep better by tackling my issues with the gut. My yoga guru has taught me few poses that helps me digest food better. So I no longer have to wake up in the middle of the night feeling bloated and uneasy.
